Returns

Holly Pots Stoneware LLC does not accept returns. If there is an issue with the product you receive, please email us at hollypots47448@gmail.com. If upon review of customer issue Holly Pots Stoneware LLC, at its sole discretion, determines to aid in an exception, return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Credit will be given for the cost of product only (minus all shipping costs incurred by any party). Credit will be the sole remedy, refunds will not be given. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
