Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed 3 - 6 days after they are received by Holly Pots Stoneware LLC.
Shipments are made as soon as possible after receiving your order. In general we ship out 2 working days after the order is received.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
The cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated on the product page as qualifying for “free shipping.” Shipments are sent by USPS and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of items and distance from shipping origination (Nashville, Indiana), unless a "per item" shipping fee is listed on the product page. Typically customers receive their orders in 2 - 10 days. Custom orders may be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Holly Pots Stoneware LLC makes these arrangements with customer knowledge.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your online order is placed and paid for, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please be sure to use an accurate email that you can access.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Holly Pots Stoneware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Holly Pots Stoneware LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and email email@example.com to inform us. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, Holly Pots Stoneware LLC ships only to addresses within the United States of America.
Holly Pots Stoneware LLC does not accept returns. If there is an issue with the product you receive, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If upon review of customer issue Holly Pots Stoneware LLC, at its sole discretion, determines to aid in an exception, return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Credit will be given for the cost of product only (minus all shipping costs incurred by any party) will be the sole remedy, refunds will not be given. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
